Taking on a handful of brands this quarter
Brew Collective embeds with DTC and CPG brands to build the systems behind influencer, affiliate, PR, and partnership programs — then connects the data so you can ask questions and make smarter growth decisions.
Paid search and paid social are measured to death. Influencer, affiliate, PR, and partnerships get run out of spreadsheets and judged on instinct — usually by a marketing team of two with no spare hour to fix it. The information already exists. Nobody has time to pull it together, and that's the whole problem.
No decks full of recommendations you have to go implement yourself. We sit with your team and ship working systems.
There are two of us, building for teams of two. You talk to the people doing the work — no account managers, no handoffs, no junior staffing surprise.
Everything we build runs on your accounts and your data. If you stop working with us, it keeps working.
Tier one stands on its own. Two and three build on what's underneath them, so we'd usually start at the bottom and move up only when the foundation holds.
We build the operating system for your growth programs so they can scale past what a spreadsheet can hold.
We wire your ad platforms and program data into one place, so your team can ask it real questions and get real answers.
Agents that don't just answer questions but take action — shifting spend, drafting creative variants, flagging partnerships before a human looks.
Tier three is being built with a small group of early partners right now. If that sounds like something you'd want a say in, tell us what you'd want it to do.
We're the Brewers. Between us we've launched products and run influencer and PR programs from the inside at Best Day Brewing, Brahmin Leather Works, Epic Water Filters, and Van Holten's — brands selling direct, through national retail, and both at once. Different businesses, same ceiling: a team with real momentum stalls, and it isn't about talent or budget. It's that the data lives in one place, the work happens somewhere else, and nobody has a clear view of the whole picture.
The tooling to fix that exists now. What's missing is someone willing to sit in the mess with you and wire it up. That's the whole job. We're small, we move fast, and we'd rather show you something working than send you a proposal.
DTC and CPG brands somewhere between scrappy and scaled — usually a lean team running more programs than the tools can hold.
A short call about what's breaking. If we're not the right fit, we'll say so and point you somewhere better.
Notes from inside the work — what we find when we open up a brand's data, and what we'd do differently next time.
Every platform claims the same sale. Here's why the numbers diverge, which one to trust, and how to explain it to a founder who thinks something is broken.
What actually breaks when an influencer program goes from twelve partners to a hundred, and why hiring another coordinator doesn't fix it.
Nobody can tell you what an influencer post was worth. You can decide how you'll count it, write that down, and stop relitigating it every quarter.
No pitch deck, no discovery process, no six-week evaluation. One conversation about what's slowing your team down, and an honest answer about whether we can help.
Or email us directly at hello@brewcollective.co. We answer everything within a day.
